SUSTAINABLY RAISED MEAT
Our Central Californian grass fed cattle are free to roam our 1200 acre family farm/ranch outside of Santa Maria, CA. They are never given antibiotics or growth promoting hormones and live in a pesticide and chemical fertilizer free zone. Our grazing methods improve the biodiversity of land on our family ranch.
WAGYU / BLACK ANGUS CROSS
Our Wagyu are certified with the Wagyu association of North America.
NON MONOCULTURE
We are a non-monoculuture farm, meaning we have other animals on our farm that include: Bison, Mini Horses, Chickens, Sheep and Donkeys. Our cattle are humanely raised in an eco-friendly environment.
HOW IT WORKS

RESERVE A WHOLE OR HALF BEEF
Send a deposit to reserve your process date for a whole cow or half beef. Our Wagyu/Angus beef become available to process at approximately 12 months of age. Once an entire beef is reserved we will transport it to the butcher. If you reserve a half beef we will match you with another half order.

CONTACT THE LOCAL BUTCHER
As the customer you will deal directly with the butcher. The butcher is a separate business. Once we deliver the beef to the butcher, you will be notified so you can contact the butcher. You can specify what cuts you want, the size of your cuts, packaging preferences. You can also arrange to pay the butcher fees and when pick up will be available.

PICK UP YOUR PACKAGED MEAT
We are working with a butcher in Creston, CA. They offer delivery for a fee. Along with Rancho Sistero in Nipomo, CA. You can also arrange to pick up the beef yourself. When you get home you will need to freeze it for long term storage.
